The original company name (Temporary Staffing by Suzanne NYC) was well known in the recruiting industry as TSS, so it made sense for the new owners to keep the equity in the acronym and rebrand as Temporary Staffing + Search.

TSS has a strong pipeline of mission-driven candidates and positions in the foundation and nonprofit sector and a long history of connecting talented people to meaningful work. We developed this circular mark, made up of people icons with arrows going clockwise as a nod to the nature of their services and the work environment. The spectrum color palette speaks to the company’s dedication to diversity and inclusion and it also symbolizes a bright, hopeful future.
