Mascia Development | Report Cover Designs

Mascia Development, a US-based real estate firm, specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets. When they launched, their headquarters were in NYC, and they focused on renovating historic residential buildings in downtown Manhattan.

To enhance their client communications, we created a series of report cover designs that captured the essence of their work. Each cover featured a striking visual contrast: the bottom half displayed a current photo of a NYC street where they had completed renovations, while the top half showcased a black-and-white historical photo from the same perspective, illustrating the transformation. A bold color strip, positioned in the middle, held their logo and the report title, creating a seamless blend of past and present to reflect their expertise in redevelopment.
