Heather Landex is on a mission to encourage the food service industry to offer safe options to everyone – people with allergies, health conditions, food intolerances or preferences. She’s a food safety auditor, consultant, and author of “Inclusive: The New Exclusive – How the Food Service Industry Can Stop Leaving Money on the Table.” I redesigned her original promotional flyer (below), making it more impactful, readable and easier to understand by rearranging the information, changing the hierarchy and using bold, alarming colors and text.
