BKR Management | Promotional Materials

BKR Management Group, a construction management firm serving the NYC Metropolitan area, is known for their expertise in commercial building and a commitment to transparency, a value they emphasize in their marketing efforts. With this in mind, I designed a comprehensive promotional sales kit to reflect their core message.

The kit features a custom folder and a series of stepped informational sheets detailing the company’s services. The folder design incorporates a striking background montage, blending a map of their service area with a photograph of an office building. The reflection of nearby structures on the building's glass facade adds depth and dimension. To echo their transparent ethos, I applied a transparency effect to their logo, type treatments, and selected imagery, seamlessly aligning the design with their brand identity.
